QWhen should I expect delivery?
AYou have a minimum of 72 hours from date of order and may select any day Monday-Friday. Delivery is a curbside delivery between 8am-5pm.
QWhat if my order is damaged?
AYou must notify us of any shortages or damages within 48 hours. Please sign for your delivery as ‘unchecked’. We will aim to get these issues resolved within 48 hours also.
QWhat happens if I am out when you try to deliver?
AThe driver will call you approximately 1 hour prior to delivery. If you are not available, you may be charged a re-delivery fee. Please arrange your delivery using our calendar and ensure you are available to sign for the delivery.
QWill you bring the delivery into my house or bathroom?
AUnfortunately, this service is only a curbside delivery and our drivers will not bring products inside your house for insurance purposes.
QHow is my order packaged?
AMost of our deliveries are made on a pallet and the items are shrink-wrapped onto the pallet. The packaging materials will not be taken away by the driver. Please keep hold of the pallet for at least 7 days in case you need to return anything.  
QWhere do you deliver?
AAt the moment only the UK. Should you have an enquiry from outside the UK, please speak to a member of our team.
QHow much is delivery?
ADelivery is free of charge to UK Mainland addresses – everything else is chargeable and quoted upon request.
