We can support M&E and Main Contractors from start on site through to handover and beyond. You will have a dedicated account manager from the very beginning to assist with the specification and help with any on-site technical issues. We will always supply a complete technical pack to include drawings, product specifications, DWG’s and information on water usage and ensure compliance.
We understand the difficulties with site access and staged deliveries, so all of this can be tailored to your particular needs to ensure a smooth, cost and time efficient solution to fit in with your installation programme and keep a consistency across multiple sites if required. Every product will be labelled to ensure location in the correct plot or room.

Working alongside established developers, architects, and contractors to offer an end-to-end consultancy service for restaurants, offices and public areas. Residential projects require the care and attention of a professionally qualified team, whether it's a major residential project or a private country home. From design all the way through to installation.
1 - CONSULTATION
During the consultation phase, whether it be conducted remotely, on site, or at our offices, we aim to gain a comprehensive understanding of the project brief. By doing so, we can develop a detailed specification that aligns with the intended design, budgetary requirements, and project timelines. Additionally, we take into consideration any relevant site or compliance restrictions to ensure a successful outcome.
2 - DESIGN AND SPECIFICATION PROPOSAL
Following the initial briefing, Salacia will assign you a designated contact who will oversee the project from conception to completion. Your personal designer will generate a comprehensive specification pack complete with accurate pricing, and develop any necessary visual aids through the use of CAD software.
3 - REVIEW AND UPDATE SPECIFICATION
We have the flexibility to modify the initial proposal and implement value engineering measures, if deemed necessary. Additionally, we can provide samples of finishes or even complete mock-up suites to showcase our capabilities.
4 - SIGN OFF
After the specification has been fully agreed upon and is in alignment with the project's design and budget requirements, the project can then be signed off.
5 - ACCOUNT FACILITIES
Salacia Contracts provides clients with the option of both pro forma and account facilities. While most clients tend to choose the 30-day account, we typically start off operating on a pro forma basis before conducting due diligence and potentially opening a fully trading credit facility.
6 - ORDER
After obtaining approval for the project and specification, we will evaluate the preferred call off schedule and provide guidance on lead times. Once a Purchase Order is issued, we can proceed with bringing the product into our warehouse and safely storing it for future call off.
7 - TECHNICAL PACKS
Our services encompass the provision of comprehensive technical packs that are expertly categorized by either room or plot, and include all relevant data pertaining to dimensions, water usage, and other useful information. Moreover, we also provide an all-inclusive aftercare package, which incorporates the details of warranties and full manufacturer information, so that our clients can feel confident and secure in their investment.
8 - DELIVERIES
Upon receiving the goods into our warehouse, you may coordinate with your account manager to schedule the call offs. The products will then be transported to the site via our vehicle or carrier, with each box meticulously labelled with the corresponding room or plot number.
9 - AFTER-CARE
Rest assured that your account manager will be available to assist you with installation inquiries, warranty resolutions, and any additional help and advice long after the project is completed.
